Chaminade University and Kapiʻolani Community College started a brand new semester-long initiative called Sustained Undergraduate Research Experiences Program (SURE). This semester, we have KapCC presentations that look to the past to critically deconstruct post-plantation nostalgia and to the future to see new housing solutions for Hawaiʻi’s houseless.
